  • I just wanted to send a special thank you to Mahesh and all the guys at T&T Collision for the amazing job they did on my car; it looked brand new when I picked it up! I was involved in an accident where my fender was badly damaged and the the insurance estimate I got was pretty tight to work with. I'm a student and my finances are pretty limited but Mahesh went above and beyond for me helping me get everything done with what I had available. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Mahesh even offered to give me a ride to the train station after I dropped my car off because it was freezing that day;) And they were able to get my car finished in half the time they quoted me. The time and friendliness Mahesh put in really went a long way and is much appreciated. All in all an exceptional experience both with the service and the results!   • I brought my 2012 Civic Coupe  in for spoiler installation on July the 12th. First of all, I personally thank to Mahesh Kavia, manager at T&T Honda Collision Centre. His customer service is excellent. I would give an A+. His attitude toward customers makes you feel welcome and just want to come back even just for a very minor repair. Secondly, I would like to thank to the technician who installed the spoiler. My spoiler is a custom one. The technician managed to figure out a way to mount it on and I got the car back on the same day. It is an excellent job and proves that T&T Honda employs skillful technicians. When I came to get the car, it was late in the afternoon. The centre was almost closed for the day. Guess what? Mahesh was busy cleaning my car inside out to deliver it back as promised. When I brought my vehicle for an estimate on the damage from a small fender-bender, the service provided was quick and efficient. Once insurance approved the work, it was done in a remarkably short period of time (less than one day) and my car looks just fantastic.   • Hi Scott:  I'm the guy who was in your shop just before Christmas with the ice sheet that had built up alongside the cabin filter. I'm sure you figured this out by now, but yes, your work did fix the problem and we made it to Winnipeg and now back to Vancouver without further incident.   Thanks.
    Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks, and to provide feedback.  Our experience at your shop was very good, and it looks like you run a good ship around there.I would like to pass my positive comments back to your superior if that would be appropriate.  I know in any line of business it's always easier to complain when things don't go well, but I think it's equally important to give credit where credit it due.  If you'd like me to put a good word in for you, I'd be happy to do that.   • T&T Honda has given me excellent service over the years. Last week  both the Pilot 2004 and the CRV 2007 were taken in for Type B service among other things. Every aspect of the service rates 10 out of 10. This is absolutely without exaggeration. My Pilot at 107375 kms drives  as if it's a new car, after the service. The CRV  (42,000 kms) is not far behind as well. Particular mention must be made of Service Manager Salim Lila. Always gives us personalized service. No matter how busy he is. Some months ago, Salim Lila let me use his personal car for the time it took to do the service. I live at the opposite end of the city! It's only since 2006 that I moved to Calgary from Cremona, over an hour from the city. In spite of the distance, I chose to deal with T&T  for the excellent service. I highly recommend (and have recommended)  this dealership to all my friends. Well done T&T. Ken N, Oct 2012

  • I just wanted to take this opportunity to give you feedback on my first time being at T&T Honda. I'm originally from Vancouver and I have never experienced a level of service like this. It met and exceed my expectations! First off, the shuttle service you provide living in the NE is very convenient as I was driven home by a fellow named Charanjeet Bains and talking to him made my day as we knew some people in the company I'm currently working with, North Cariboo Air. After about an hour and a half I was called promptly by David the service advisor  that my car was ready. I was driven by another friendly fellow named Vincent whom was very pleasant to talk to. After paying for my B service, I went out to my car noticing a huge disappointment; my car wasn't washed, after paying $200 at least the bare minimum was to wash it down so that it makes the customer like myself look confident when driving off the Honda lot. Maybe I expected too much. I was never asked if I wanted it washed, but like all customers a wash would be nice. After sitting in my car and looking at the bill Charanjeet Bains came into the corner of my eye, he knocked on my window and asked if I would like to get my car washed, he said he noticed it was kind've dirty. Before this, I was going to go to Petro Canada and pay for a car wash. I quickly asked him if you guys do that?he said yes but he asked if anyone had asked me, I replied no. He then took my car to get it washed by the machine. I was delighted to know that someone was looking out for me. I left going home with the biggest smile on my face due to Charanjeet Bains. He made my day. I do want to mention, that I did not tip Charanjeet Bains due to lack of cash but will definitely if I do see him again at T&T Honda. I also wanted to type up this email immediately afterwards as it's still fresh on my mind and give kudos to Charanjeet Bains whom went above and beyond. I felt like I was treated like a customer and not just a number by this individual. I hope you guys have recognition rewards because his actions for today was definitely worth noting.   • Last weekend we came to Calgary from Lethbridge for an event. Our Honda broke down just off of Deerfoot close to your dealership. We contacted T & T Honda and dealt with Michelle. She was amazing, everything a customer could ask for and more. Considering we were distressed about the situation Michelle managed to set our minds at ease and handled everything like a professional.   • I want to commend three of your staff for the excellent service which I received during my last visit to T&T Honda. There names are as follows: John Crombleholme, Boris, The Mechanic, and Ken Windsor. These three men are to be commended on "their front door service" even though they are in the service bays and work areas which most customers do not realize is a vital part of the super customer service. Service is the "heart beat" at T&T Honda and it is given and displayed on "every front". I have been a customer of T&T Honda since 1998. John is to be commended for his very conscientiousness to detail as is Ken Windsor. They both present that they enjoy serving their customers and they did not cause me to feel that I was taking up their time. I do not let anyone "go under the hood" of my 2008 Honda Accord, thus, the mechanic at T&T Honda are to commended.  I want you to commend Boris for his good attitude in caring for my Honda as well.   • I came on Saturday with no appointment having a blown brake light in my HONDA CRV that had just been pointed out by another driver. I asked if I could get a new bulb and some advice to fit it. Not only did the service manager at the desk get the bulb, but he and a technician fitted it they did not even charge me for the part and their valuable time. I thanked the gentleman profusely ?
