I Found him to be a very professional individual, organized, responsible, and easy going Service Advisor. I believe that his superb customer service skills and knowledge along with his experience make him an excellent contributor to your organization. When I communicated with Ziad today regarding what is needed for my vehicle's inspection, he offered all detailed answers and with great clarity which helped me understand. Moving forward, I am prepared to always get my car serviced at your location and would try my best to request Ziad to assist me.   • I want to commend three of your staff for the excellent service which I received during my last visit to T&T Honda. There names are as follows: John Crombleholme, Boris, The Mechanic, and Ken Windsor. These three men are to be commended on "their front door service" even though they are in the service bays and work areas which most customers do not realize is a vital part of the super customer service. Service is the "heart beat" at T&T Honda and it is given and displayed on "every front". I have been a customer of T&T Honda since 1998. John is to be commended for his very conscientiousness to detail as is Ken Windsor. They both present that they enjoy serving their customers and they did not cause me to feel that I was taking up their time. I do not let anyone "go under the hood" of my 2008 Honda Accord, thus, the mechanic at T&T Honda are to commended.  I want you to commend Boris for his good attitude in caring for my Honda as well.   • I came on Saturday with no appointment having a blown brake light in my HONDA CRV that had just been pointed out by another driver. I asked if I could get a new bulb and some advice to fit it. Not only did the service manager at the desk get the bulb, but he and a technician fitted it they did not even charge me for the part and their valuable time. I thanked the gentleman profusely ?
