FAQs:
Will checking my options hurt my credit score?
No. The initial pre-qualification uses a soft check, which doesn't affect your credit score. A full application later, if you choose to proceed, involves a standard hard check — we'll always tell you before that happens.
What credit score do I need?
There's no fixed cutoff. We work with a range of lenders, so approval depends on your income, employment, and overall situation as much as your score.
I'm in a consumer proposal or recently discharged bankruptcy — can I still apply?
Yes. This is one of the situations we work with most often. Bring your discharge or trustee documentation and an advisor can walk you through what's realistic.
Do I need a down payment or trade-in?
Not always. It can improve your terms, but several of our lending partners offer options with no down payment required, depending on approval.
Am I locked into buying a vehicle?
No. Getting pre-qualified shows you what you'd likely be approved for — there's no obligation to purchase anything.
